Hold up! What exactly is The BIG Student Lock-in?
The BIG Student Lock-in is a brand new super student experience coming to London in Feb 2025. We’re bringing together London university students for a day of culture, curiosity and connection.
Meet your favourite brands up close and personal at one of London's most iconic venues. Think exclusive product giveaways, immersive activations, discount codes galore, DJ sets, panel talks and influencer meet-and-greets just to name a few.
The temptation to spill the tea on exactly who we’ve got involved this year is HIGH (we’re talking viral TikTok worthy content) but, you’ll have to stay tuned to find out. Over the next two months we’ll reveal the brands and experiences that are lined up and waiting to meet you!
To give you a lil flavour, though. You’ll explore six interactive zones that take you on a journey through the key areas of student life:
Fuel Yourself ⛽
Meet brands including Red Bull, Grind and Wrigles and refuel yourself with mouthwatering freebies, and Tik-Tok-worthy snacks! From energy boosters to donuts, this zone’s here to keep you going.

Here you'll be able to sit, chat and COLOUR, maybe get a little toothgem and even your tarot cards read. Discover wellness tips, self-care hacks, and mindfulness activities to help you glow up from the inside out.

Accessible hour: For those wanting to get involved but looking for more of a chill experience, come along for the first hour, so you can focus on the good stuff, without the music and crowds. Simply select the 10AM time slot.
Please note although this is a free event, in order for you to be eligible to win any competitions associated with The Big Student Lock-in you must attend in person.
Tickets are required - and will be scanned on entry.
*Alcohol sampling at the event will require your ID.

This event is open to all students currently studying in London. Just register for either the AM or PM session to gain entry.

Yes! Entry to the event is completely free. Just register online to either the AM or PM session to secure your spot.
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend registering in advance to guarantee entry and skip the queues. Pre-registered attendees may also receive exclusive perks, like priority access to giveaways or workshops.
