Keeping our spaces and each other safe is everyone’s responsibility.
Our Safe Culture Action workshop is a free, peer-led session that helps students understand consent, recognise sexual violence and misconduct, and learn how to intervene safely. The session also explores Goldsmiths’ reporting process and support pathways for those affected by harmful behaviours.
This is a trauma-informed and survivor-centred space. You’ll never be called on to speak unless you choose to, and you’re welcome to step out or take a break at any time. Together, we build the confidence and skills to respond to harm and contribute to a culture of care and accountability.
The CARE Project - Consent and Relationships Education - is Goldsmiths Students’ Union’s culture-change initiative focused on preventing sexual violence through education. It empowers students to challenge harmful behaviours, intervene safely, and support survivors through trauma-informed, inclusive, and accessible learning opportunities.
If you have been impacted by sexual violence, you can find information about support available here: goldsmithssu.org/activism/priorities/careproject/support
