Join CARE for Festive Consent, a warm and creative workshop exploring consent, boundaries, and wellbeing during the festive period. As social pressures, celebrations, and end-of-term stress build up, this session offers space to reflect on how we communicate our needs, set boundaries, and support one another through a sometimes overwhelming season.
We’ll talk about navigating consent in social settings, family environments, friendships, dating, and holiday events with practical tools for recognising your limits, expressing them clearly, and respecting the boundaries of others. The workshop is designed to be gentle, inclusive, and supportive, offering students a moment to pause and reconnect with themselves before the winter break.
Alongside the conversation, we’ll have hot drinks, jewellery-making, and festive decoration crafting to help create a calm, grounding environment.
